RETURN POLICY 

  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for full refunds within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt (excludes PayPal purchases)

  • All merchandise must remain in new condition, in its original packaging 

  • A refund may only be made in the same currency and original form of payment.

ITEMS IN STOCK

  •  Items successfully purchased and confirmed will be processed within two (2) business days of the order’s placement. 

ITEMS OF PRE-ORDER

  • a Pre-order is an order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products within the time frame stated on the item’s purchase page. If delivery of stock may fail to arrive, customers will be promptly notified and issued full refunds. Due to circumstances beyond control, LaVie will not be responsible if items are to arrive and stock of longer than expected time frames.  

  • Pre-order purchases will be debited at the moment the order is placed.

  • Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods

  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped promptly after items are available in stock.
